Overview

Bold Standard is an independent, female-owned small business offering original designs handcrafted by artist Kathleen Grebe from her studio in Raleigh, NC.

Armed with a 500lb laser cutter and 20 years of computer design, Kathleen transforms flat sheets of material into bold statement pieces. Her work is guided by her in graphic design degree and boasts themes of empowerment and wit.

Sustainable Materials

Whenever possible, Bold Standard jewelry is made from recycled materials. This includes includes post-consumer waste and upcycled industrial scraps sourced from from local furniture makers and sign shops.
